Ok. Definitely not as good of a UI as the Walgreens app. There's no way to view already-requested/pending refills, so it's easy to accidentally make duplicate requests. Ideally i could see when i made a request, what day/time I requested pickup, and the current status of the request.
Some Pharmacist are too LAZY to re-write a lost card...
Keeps freezing.
Prescription refill function NEVER works. It either says you have no refills remaining or says its a duplicate order and will not be filled....every time.
I cant refill my scripts either, app wants 12 refill #s , my scripts only have 11. Iv'e tried 3x's now. such a waste of time!! Hope my Vaccine apnmt went thru!!!
Great of the new update to provide BC history and when it expires. This was long overdue. Thanks for having it.
4/7/22; I asked and you provided. This App is very comprehensive! Does what I want. 4 to 5 Stars 🤩 Prev: Good app but feel needs refining. IE: Want to research past prescriptions (enter script number to find name of medication). If can already do that I haven't figured it out yet 😊.
Shut down after entering a LOT of info.
I haven't been able to order my RX. Keep getting an error msg. Tried unistalling and installing now I can't get back into my account. Keeps saying that there is more than 1 account for this user. So very frustrating that I can't manage mine or my families meds.
This app is constantly down and not allowing me to log in. UPDATE: upgraded phone, reinstalled app, and all of my linked family members are gone and now MY primary account has the name and birthday of a minor in my home attached to my email address so I can't even change it!
